The Challenge comprises two categories: the Individual Challenge and the Team Challenge.
Both categories are conducted simultaneously over a fixed duration of 60 minutes.
Participants must be over 1.2 metres tall.
Distance is measured by the official recording system of the exercise bikes. The decision of the organizers on all distance readings is final.
Participants must comply with all instructions issued by the organizers and venue staff. Failure to do so may result in disqualification.
The Individual Challenge is contested solely on an individual basis.
Each participant rides one exercise bike for the full 60āminute period.
The participant who records the greatest total distance shall be declared the Champion.
Second and third places shall be awarded to the participants recording the next highest distances.
Each team must consist of a minimum of four members. There is no maximum team size.
Any participant can represent more than one team.
Each team shall appoint one Captain who serves as the sole point of contact with the organizers and is responsible for internal coordination.
Each team is allocated four exercise bikes for the duration of the Challenge.
Teams may adopt any rider rotation strategy they choose, provided that: ⢠no more than four riders are on the bikes at any time; and ⢠the rotation does not interfere with the performance of other teams.
The teamās official score is the combined cumulative distance recorded on its four allocated bikes.
The team with the highest combined distance shall be declared the Champion. Second and third places shall be awarded accordingly.

š Champion: Each team member receives a Championās medal + HK$2,000 cash award for the whole team š„ First Runnerāup: Each team member receives a First Runnerāup medal + HK$1,200 cash award for the whole team š„ Second Runnerāup: Each team member receives a Second Runnerāup medal + HK$600 cash award for the whole team
š„ The class with the highest number of registered participants and actually take part will receive HK$1,000.
Any action that deliberately interferes with another participant or team is prohibited and may result in immediate disqualification.
The organizers reserve the right to amend these rules, resolve any disputes, and make final decisions on all matters relating to the Challenge.

Ticket Transfer: Tickets are transferable. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer, or assign your ticket to another person.
Event Changes: The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the event, including but not limited to the venue, schedule, or speakers. In such cases, no refunds or exchanges will be provided.
Liability: The CUHK EMBA Alumni Association is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the event. By attending, you assume all risks associated with the event.
